Media Reports Red Sox Yankees Rivalry Causes NH Man’s Death
May 5th, 2008Media reported that an argument over New York Yankees sticker may have caused a Yankees fan to run over Boston Red Sox fan. Ivonne Hernandez of Nashua, New hampshire was arraigned Monday on reckless second-degree murder, aggravated driving while intoxicated and multiple counts of reckless conduct. Prosecutors say the accused was intoxicated when she ran down two people early Friday after exchanging words with them about the Yankees Red Sox rivalry after leaving a bar killing a 29 year old NH Red Sox fan.

The Yankees exhumed the Ortiz jersey on Sunday and may sue the construction worker. The Yankees may put the jersey up for charitable auction.
